Therese and I are excited to let everyone know that we are now teaching social media classes! Yes, it’s true! We can help you keep those social media migraines at bay!
We’ve been working on our presentations for a while now, and wanted to make sure everything was ‘just so’ before taking our show on the road, so to speak. Turns out we both have some strong perfectionist tendencies.
We taught our second Social Media 101 class last week and the response was awesome! Therese and I covered a ton of material in this overview class; Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Linkedin, Flickr, as well as general explanations of Web 2.0 and social media marketing. Of course we had to include several examples of customer evangelism, the good, the bad and the ugly. That’s always impossible to resist because it’s so compelling and most entertaining!
If we have enough interest, we may teach this class on a Saturday instead of our regular Wednesday nights. Just let us know if you want to reserve a spot for the next one. This introductory class is set at $39, so it’s a real bargain. You can keep tabs on up coming classes on our When Everything Clicks EventBrite page. Hope to see you at the next one!

I’m so glad I got to be in the first class! I really enjoyed the presentation and the informal atmosphere. I hope to make it to one of the Hands On Workshops, that’s what I really need. Best of Luck!
